This album is a collection of vibrations and hopes
worked by concept, by instinct, by machine collaboration and by every combination of them all.
It’s an ensemble of entities, biotic and abiotic intelligences, music that seems cyclical permutations of computer-generated tones, melodies, frequencies combined and improvised with other objects that work as instruments. Produced in my home studio during the pandemic using real time recording mixing, I have been using sound as a mean to destabilises time perception and generates other possible passages. It is circling, waiting, not giving away how long its particular ritual might last.

Francisco Mazza is a London-based Sound Artist active in different projects. His focus lies at the intersection of modern composition, installation, sound for films and radio art to explore aspects of our listening and the acoustic territory around us. He creates interdisciplinary sound works and often collaborates with communities and other artists investigating ways in which processes of composition influence both our individual and collective experiences.

He has been active in sonic art producing concerts, installations and recordings, exhibited and contributed to a wide range of art events including Tate Modern, Dilston Grove Gallery, Nunnery Gallery, University of the Arts London, Serpentine Galleries, Resonance Fm, 46th Brazilian Film Festival of Brasilia, Latin America Memorial, Red Bull Studios Artistic Residency and Mis (Museum of Image and Sound) and Invited to sit on The Ivors Composer Awards judging panel for the 2019 Sound Art category.

As a sound designer and composer he has produced and scored for short and feature films, contemporary dance productions, commercial, radio broadcasting and other creative sectors.
